How a job runs

Four steps, no surprises

You will know what is happening in your space, when, and what it costs before anybody starts grinding.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough & Estimate

We come to the site, test and evaluate the existing slab, talk through how the space actually gets used, and put a written number in your hands.

  2. 02

    Surface Preparation

Grinding, shot blasting, or tile and adhesive removal with dust-controlled equipment, then patching and profiling until the substrate is genuinely ready.

  3. 03

    Installation

Coatings, decorative systems or flooring installed to spec, with cove base, striping and transitions detailed as part of the job rather than as an afterthought.

  4. 04

    Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished floor with you, review cure times and what the surface can take, and leave you care instructions before we clear out.
